Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Operator located in Gurgaon. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various systems, verifying data for errors and inconsistencies, and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. The role requires ensuring that all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner to support the operational needs of the organization. The position also involves organizing and maintaining related documents, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with other team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Data Entry and Typing Skills with proficiency in speed and accuracy
  • Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and the ability to perform Quality Checks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
  • Basic Analytical Skills for Data Review
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a related role is an asset but not mandatory
  • Strong Communication Skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer operation is a plus
