Role Overview: Data Entry Operator (Tally & Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Data Entry Operator
with working knowledge of
Tally and basic accounting
to manage accurate financial and operational data entry. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling numbers and documentation.

Location:
Gurgaon (On-site)

Working Schedule:
6 days | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:


• Enter and update daily accounting entries in
Tally (sales, purchase, payments, expenses)


• Maintain and organize financial data, invoices, purchase orders, and documentation


• Update reports and internal trackers using
Excel/Google Sheets


• Coordinate with the accounts team for data accuracy and timely submissions


• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial data

Requirements:


•
Hands-on knowledge of Tally (mandatory)


• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping


• Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets


• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy


• Graduate in
B.Com or related field preferred


• Prior experience in data entry/accounting will be an added advantage
