Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with high accuracy.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Review and correct errors in the data entry process.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Generate reports or summaries as needed.
  • Maintain proper filing systems—digital or physical.
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors if discrepancies arise.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in data entry or administrative support (freshers may apply).
  • Skills:
  • Fast and accurate typing (minimum 30–40 WPM)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Familiarity with data entry software or tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, spreadsheets)
  • Basic organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in a data entry or back-office role
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Good written communication skills
  • Familiarity with online data collection tools or cloud-based systems (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
