About the Role

Nirvasa Healthcare is looking for a Data Entry Intern with strong Excel skills to support our data management and reporting operations. The candidate should have a good command of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other basic Excel functions to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel sheets and internal systems.
  • Use VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to organize, analyze, and summarize data.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by the team.
  • Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data updates and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must know VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables).
  • Good typing speed with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of data organization and analysis.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.

Eligibility

  • Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (preferred: B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc).
  • Freshers with good Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
