We're looking for Admin Executive at Chennai, Saidapet.
**key roles and responsibilities**:
1. **Office Management**: Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure a productive work environment.
2. **Coordination and Communication**: Acting as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination to streamline workflows.
3. **Policy Implementation**: Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with company standards.
4. **Staff Supervision**: Hiring, training, and supervising administrative staff, as well as monitoring their performance and providing guidance ALONG with overseeing work / job assignments to staffs as per priority and everyday requirements.
5. **Support to Technical Teams**: Assisting technical teams with logístical support, such as scheduling installations, managing inventory, and coordinating client visits.
6. **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and handling confidential information.
7. **Problem-Solving**: Addressing administrative challenges and finding solutions to improve operational efficiency.
8. **Reporting**: Preparing reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into administrative operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,658.73 - ₹30,544.83 per month
