**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and organic rankings.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic trends, and campaign performance to drive growth.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including deals, discounts, and ads on marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure timely stock updates and order fulfillment.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Resolve customer complaints, order issues, and return/refund requests in coordination with the support team.
- Track competitor activities and suggest pricing and listing strategies accordingly.
- Create weekly and monthly reports on performance, growth, and revenue insights.
- Manage relationships and communication with marketplace account managers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing online marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Proficient in marketplace analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace reporting dashboards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
