**Summary**:
The Online Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales growth and revenue generation through effective digital marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and sales techniques. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing sales pipelines, and converting leads into customers in the online marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to attract and engage prospects.
- **Sales Conversion and Closure**:

- Nurture leads through the sales process, from initial contact to final sale.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and product/service consultations to showcase offerings and address customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide personalized assistance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage online sales platforms, such as e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and social media channels.
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor online sales performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions and sales data to refine marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with content creators and designers to create engaging online sales collateral and assets.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyze online sales performance, including sales volumes, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to report on key sales metrics and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, targeting, and resource allocation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
