**Location** : IT Park Chandigarh ( On site role )

**Rotational Shifts**

**Job Role and Responsibilities**:

- Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve

those impediments, and escalating when needed.
- Maintain and optimize schedule, monitor progress, highlight, and resolve

schedule issues.
- Be the Primary point of escalation.
- Preparing the rosters for the allocated team
- Act as Incident Response Coordinator during high severity escalations or

outages
- Management and monitoring of all obligations with great integrity.
- Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets,

commitments and progress.
- Coach the teams as necessary to enhance cooperation and results.
- Uses best practice knowledge to challenge decision making in order to drive the

most effective outcomes, in alignment with strategic direction.
- Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
- Ensure customer service from the team is timely and accurate on a daily basis

**Requirement**:

- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in managing metrics, incident management tools, SLA’s, KPI’s, PI’s

and governance routines.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a medium to large sized enterprise

environment.
- Evaluated day-to-day operations and implemented new procedures and policies.
