RENEE is looking for a BA Supervisor to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness, manage and lead the team of BA, strive to help grow and challenge the BA’s to be best and take the consumer experience level to the new heights.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting and hiring for an expanding BA team
- Onboarding and training the BAs at regular intervals.
- Providing new product updates
- Help the BAs and assist them in achieving sales targets.
- Monitoring stock levels on a regular basis
- Resolve BA queries
- Maintaining Daily Sales reports and monthly opening/closing of stocks and sales.
- Must work as a bridge between the BAs and the management
- Taking responsibility of Tertiary sales target

**Basic Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of make-up and artistry skills
- Good selling skills
- Commercial acumen
- Good with numbers
- Should be comfortable to travel and make market visits
