General Labourer

Responsible for assisting in day-to-day factory operations including material handling, machine support, cleaning, packing, and helping skilled workers in the production process. Ensures smooth workflow and maintains safety and cleanliness in the factory premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and fabricators during cutting, drilling, or assembling work.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and tools safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Help in packing, labeling, and shifting finished products.
• Follow all safety rules and wear protective gear (gloves, shoes, helmet).
• Support the supervisor in daily production targets.
• Report any machine or material issue immediately to the incharge.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of factory or workshop operations.
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic safety awareness.
• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Conditions:

• Factory-based role (standing work, handling materials).
• Working hours as per company shift timings.
• Overtime available as per production needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
