**Job Summary**:
The Project Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations involved in the supply, installation, and commissioning of electronic and electrical appliances for various projects. This role requires ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project timelines and standards. The Project Supervisor will coordinate with vendors, site teams, and clients to facilitate efficient and successful installations, managing resources and resolving on-site challenges effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Preparation**:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to review project specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and resources are available at the site before installation begins.
- Coordinate delivery schedules for electronic and electrical appliances, managing vendors and logistics.
- **On-Site Supervision**:

- Oversee the installation of electrical and electronic appliances, ensuring compliance with installation standards and specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress to maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time and quality installations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all installations meet the company’s standards and client specifications.
- **Team Coordination and Management**:

- Supervise a team of installers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and assigning tasks as necessary.
- Train and guide team members on installation procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and align on project goals.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring all work is performed safely.
- Inspect installations to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Address and mitigate on-site hazards, coordinating with the safety team to uphold a secure work environment.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing questions, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Report daily progress, issues, and project updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders, such as engineers, designers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Problem Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Identify potential challenges and conflicts in the installation process, proactively finding solutions to minimize delays.
- Handle troubleshooting for appliance installations and technical issues that may arise on-site.
- Work closely with technical support to resolve equipment malfunctions or installation errors efficiently.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and equipment installed.
- Prepare daily/weekly project reports for the Project Manager, noting progress, delays, and resource needs.
- Document quality control checks, safety inspections, and incident reports as required.
- **Project Completion and Handover**:

- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client requirements before project sign-off.
- Conduct final inspections, testing, and commissioning of installed appliances.
- Oversee the handover process, providing clients with any necessary user guides and maintenance recommendations.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Additional certifications in project supervision or management are a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supervising installation projects for electronic or electrical appliances.
- Prior experience in a project-based or field operations role is required, ideally in construction, electrical systems, or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, appliance installation procedures, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project) and basic computer skills for documentation.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the installation of electrical appliances.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make quick, informed decisions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and compliance requirements for electrical installations.
