**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Supervise all activities on the site, including construction, maintenance, and repair works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and manage site staff, including construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the project team, management providing regular updates on progress, issues, and milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, work orders, and safety inspection.
