**Position: Project Supervisor**
- Experience: Up to 5 Years in HVAC
- Location: Siliguri, Meghalaya, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Gangtok, Imphal, Golaghat
- Salary - 35,000 pm - 40,000 pm
- As a Project Supervisor at Mitshuoshi you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of HVAC projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of professionals, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising project teams and assigning tasks
- Monitoring project progress and timelines
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance
- Managing project budgets and resources effectively
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and stakeholders
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC project supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions
- Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
