*Position:* Site Supervisor

*Location:* Kolkata

*Salary:* ₹16,000 - ₹23,000

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure projects are executed with precision.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
- Enforce safety standards and quality control measures.
- Track project progress and report to project managers regularly.

*Requirements:*
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
