The Interior Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Supervise and coordinate interior trades, including carpentry, painting, and finishing Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety. Implement and enforce site rules, regulations, and safety protocols.

Lead and direct site staff, subcontractors, and laborers. Provide guidance, training, and feedback to ensure skill development. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and quality standards. Identify and resolve defects, deficiencies, or non-conformities. Conduct regular quality inspections and report findings.

Resolve site conflicts, disputes, or issues promptly. Provide progress updates, reports, and documentation. Track and report labor hours, productivity, and costs. Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
