**Business Development Manager (IT)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dominate cold calls to spark leads & lock in IT deals
- Build killer client pipelines in the IT world
- Smash sales targets with sharp strategies
- Scout market gaps & pitch IT solutions like a boss
- Team up to drive results on a global clock

**Must-Haves**:

- 2-3 years of business development experience in the **IT industry**:

- Expert-level **cold calling** skills—bold & convincing
- Top-notch communication & negotiation game
- Track record of crushing sales goals
- Ready to work **USA hours (night shift)**:

- Able to commute to Indore - 452001, Madhya Pradesh (hybrid role)
- **Fluency in English (required)**

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Knowledge of IT services (e.g., software, cloud solutions)
- CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) ⚙

**What We Offer**:

- **Salary**: Up to ₹14,00,000 per year (based on interview)
- **Work Model**: Hybrid - Indore (flexible office + home)
