Work Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets
- To do cold calling (120-150 calls daily) on students database and increase footfalls/visits to the

center
- To be a first touch point in providing information about courses to all incoming enquiries

generated through website and digital marketing
monthly & quarterly targets.
- Counsel students and parents enquiring about our courses and convert maximum enquiries to

admissions
- Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details
- Schedule maximum demo lectures and convert them to admissions
- Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students
- Monitor class schedules to ensure the smooth running of classes.
- Taking regular feedback from students on lectures and handling student queries

Skills Required
- Relevant sales/counseling experience working in the Education Sector
- Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
