**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for digital marketing.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns in the United States.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics).
- Experience with audience targeting, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in ad copywriting and designing creative assets using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with e-commerce or EdTech marketing.
- Understanding of local and international marketing trends.
