**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record courses online for E learning.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, curriculum, quizzes that incorporate STEM concepts and foster critical thinking and creativity.
- Implement game-based learning strategies to make complex programming concepts accessible and exciting for students.
- Manage classroom environments to create an interactive and collaborative space for virtual learning.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their academic and personal growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video game development, programming languages, and educational technology to keep curriculum content relevant and forward-thinking.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and other instructors to refine course materials and ensure alignment with STREAM Technologies’ educational goals.
- Adapt lessons for students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities, to ensure accessibility and inclusion.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and continuous training to stay at the forefront of STEM education.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English comunication skills on verbal, written and fluency. **(Strongly required).**:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Programming, teaching or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven teaching experience in video game design, programming, education or a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Unity, Unreal Engine, scratch etc.).
- Experience in developing or teaching game design and programming in a classroom or professional setting.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to new challenges and platforms.
- Passionate about working with students from diverse backgrounds, including students with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching or working with VR/AR, programming and game development technologies.
- Prior experience in an educational startup or tech-focused environment.
- Experience with integrating AI or other advanced technologies into curriculum design.
- Ability to work on fast paced work enviroment.
