Job Description: (Acti Learn) Self-Learning Program Executive

Location: Bengaluru HO, Karnataka, India

Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
As the Self-Learning Program Executive at Agastya International Foundation, you will assume a critical role in designing, implementing, and enhancing self-learning initiatives across India. Your responsibilities include coordinating program activities, monitoring progress, fostering innovation, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with instructors and teachers to create an effective self-learning ecosystem. Proficiency in regional languages and a willingness to travel are essential for the successful implementation of Agastya's self-learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement new self learning initiatives and speard-head the self learning program at Agastya International Foudnation.Travel (2-3 days per month) to various operational sites within to oversee self-learning program implementation and provide on-site support.Collaborate with Agastya teams to monitor the progress of self-learning programs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Continuously generate innovative ideas for the development and enhancement of self-learning programs, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.Facilitate and conduct training workshops for Agastya program instructors and teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and understanding of self-learning methodologies.Work closely with the curriculum development team to contribute insights and ideas for designing engaging self-learning materials and activities.Foster effective communication and collaboration among program stakeholders, including students, instructors, teachers, and community members.Provide regular updates and reports on program performance, challenges, and successes to the relevant teams within Agastya.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, master’s degree in any STEM based relevant field such as Education,Design, Innovation, or related disciplines.

Proficiency in oral, reading, and writing in English, one regional language is compulsory.

Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is optional but highly advantageous; proficiency inadditional regional languages is a plus.

Passion for self-learning methodologies, education, and community development.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diversestakeholders.

Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka to support programimplementation.

Previous experience in program management, curriculum development, teacher training, orinstructional design is a plus.
