**Job Title: Robotic Mentor**

**Overview**:
As a Robotic Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting individuals or teams in their journey of understanding, designing, and implementing robotic solutions. You will leverage your expertise in robotics to mentor and coach learners, fostering their growth and development in this dynamic field. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance, facilitating hands-on learning experiences, and offering mentorship to navigate challenges and explore opportunities in robotics.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Guidance**: Provide expert guidance and instruction on various aspects of robotics, including but not limited to, robot design, programming, sensor integration, and control systems.
- **Mentorship**: Offer personalized mentorship to individuals or teams, assisting them in setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and refining their skills in robotics.
- **Project Support**: Assist learners in conceptualizing, planning, and executing robotics projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Feedback and Evaluation**: Provide constructive feedback and assessments to learners, helping them identify areas for improvement and guiding them towards continuous growth and excellence in robotics.
- **Resource Development**: Contribute to the development of educational materials, curriculum, and resources related to robotics, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with the robotics community through participation in conferences, seminars, and networking events, representing the organization and promoting the value of robotics education and mentorship.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest advancements and innovations in robotics technology, continuously updating your knowledge and skills to remain at the forefront of the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in robotics research, development, or education.
- Proficiency in robotics software and hardware platforms, such as ROS (Robot Operating System), Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and various robotic simulation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to learners of varying backgrounds and expertise levels.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach individuals or teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Passion for robotics and a commitment to promoting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education and diversity in the field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or PhD in Robotics or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a mentor, coach, or instructor in a formal or informal educational setting.
- Experience with interdisciplinary projects involving robotics, such as robotics in healthcare, autonomous vehicles, or industrial automation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools for coordinating and tracking robotics projects.
- Active participation in robotics-related communities, forums, or open-source projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
