**Job Description**:
We are a fast-growing startup that is passionate about adding value to the lives of our students. We are currently looking for a Personal Finance mentor to join our team in Bangalore.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver engaging and informative personal finance lessons to students.

Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students.

Utilise effective teaching strategies and techniques to maximize student learning.

Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.

Keep up-to-date with developments in personal finance and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.

Personal bankers, freshers in B.Com, BBA preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong knowledge of personal finance and investment principles.

Passion for teaching and helping others.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
