Clearskies Learning & Research PVT LTD is looking for a driven and adaptable Instructor to join our growing team. This role offers a unique blend of content delivery and sales outreach , ideal for someone who enjoys both teaching and engaging with institutions.

You'll split your week between lighting up classrooms with hands-on drone workshops and driving enrollments with principals, CSR heads and camp organizers. Perfect for the rare educator who also loves the thrill of a closed deal. If you're excited about STEM education, drones, aerodynamics (even just curious), and can confidently represent our programs to schools and partners - we'd love to connect.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops on STEM topics (incl. drones and aerodynamics)
  • Support sales and outreach by engaging with schools, colleges, and other educational partners
  • Deliver product demos, represent the company at exhibitions and events
  • Travel locally for workshop execution and client meetings (great if you're based out of Indiranagar or Koramangala)
  • Maintain reports on session delivery, feedback, and lead conversions
  • Work closely with internal teams for program coordination

Who We're Looking For:

  • Background in Science, Engineering, or Education (degree preferred, not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Interest or exposure to drones, robotics, or basic aerodynamics
  • Comfortable with field work and client interaction
  • Prior experience in teaching, training, or educational sales is a plus
