
Sales Executive

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (On-site, Full-Time)
Compensation: Upto ₹4 - 6 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Join Trill Route as a Sales Executive (Admissions) to drive student enrolments for our music education programs . This is a consultative sales role where you'll build trust with families, understand their needs, and guide them through the right learning path.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead admissions conversations with students & parents (inbound + proactive outreach)
- Recommend programs through structured, consultative discussions
- Own the journey from first contact to onboarding; hit monthly enrolment targets
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and accurate CRM data
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years in Inside Sales / Business Development / EdTech / B2C Sales
- Excellent communication & relationship-building; ownership mindset
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with CRMs & digital sales tools
