Skooc's multidisciplinary programs cater to a range of conditions, from mood swings, skipping school and difficult behaviours to moderate and acute conditions like Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc.

Our programs are designed to help the child, parents, and educators bring out the best in our clients as we guide them towards success.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, identifying potential customers, pitching our products and services, negotiating and closing deals, and providing customer support. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the client's account and serving as the primary point of contact (POC) throughout the client journey, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

The Sales Executive should also maintain accurate records and report sales activity. 

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of D2C sales experience

Proven sales track record

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify potential customers and negotiate deals

Market research and forecasting skills

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to meet or exceed customer expectations

Understanding of the education and healthcare industry

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

Making sales calls

Maintaining your talk time, lead responses and sale closure

Account management

Customer satisfaction

Therapist Utilisation

End-To-End client responsibility
