**Job Purpose**:
The innovative and effective deployment of data and analytics is key to the success of companies today. AkzoNobel is no exception as we seek to embed the improved understanding of data across the company. Identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize the use of data within our R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales, Finance, HR, and Sourcing Functions have been services delivered from our MDM Global Organization over the last few years. For these reasons, we require Data Domain Expert with strong MDM reporting and analytics capabilities to support the delivery of Source to Pay (StP) roadmap

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for (or support) the activities done by the CoE for the Sourcing and Finance data domain in alignment with the MDM roadmap.
- Working together with stakeholders on new dashboard requirements and translate them in technical requirements to address and handover the built to the responsible person in the team.
- Monitor, and Improve data quality and processes based on the existing Alteryx and Power Bi dashboards.
- Responsible for data monitoring, data analysis & data cleansing
- Defining data standards, cleansing (Get Clean) and monitoring (Dashboard/KPIs) of the data quality
- Continued focus on standardization and optimisation of data reports and dashboards.
- Ability to utilize metrics to identify opportunities for service improvement
- For the relevant data domain, drives standardized End to End Processes and Tools around MDM to Improve Quality of Delivery, Optimize Cost to Serve, Control & Compliance, and Enhancing Customer Experience.
- Support the MDS CoE Team Lead and Global Data architect to build an MDM roadmap for the relevant data domain.
- Support the scope and activities of projects and processes and ensures execution.
- Act as a change agent and communicator for MDS, enabling continuous commitment for and awareness of MDM.
- IM touchpoint, driving master data standardization, organizational and system alignment for the relevant data domain.
- Foster communication and teamwork within, and across organizational boundaries
- Ability to analyze, design and implement the need for MDM in complex landscapes, both from system perspective and organizational perspective for the relevant data domain. Proposes measures on optimizing tactical/strategic approaches and implements these.
- Customer service mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build working relationships and foster communication with internal customers within, and across, organizational, and geographic boundaries
- Capable of managing multiple complex assignments including the ability to plan, assign and direct work
- Capable of managing assignments in a dynamic environment with ever-changing priorities

- Ability to understand change management and drive to resolution - Experience in large company in a complex and international environment

**Experience**:

- Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years’ overall experience with 5 years’ experience in data-related function building dashboards.
- Experience with SAP system (technical tables/ Fields) is a must.
- Experience with Sourcing and Master data processes (Vendor master data and related objects such as PIR, Source List, etc) is a must.
- Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) preferable.
- Experience with Coupa (Business Spend management platform) preferable.
- Experience with SAP (ECC, S4HANA, Fiori) is a plus.
- Experience in Project Management. Certification in this area is a plus.
- Experience in the implementation of MDM processes
- Experience in interfacing with business operational customers
- Experience in data process improvement and root cause analysis
