The ideal candidate will leverage advanced data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex healthcare challenges and drive actionable insights for improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end data science projects in the healthcare domain, from problem definition to model deployment.- Design, develop, and implement machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI solutions tailored to healthcare applications (EHR analysis, clinical data, patient risk prediction, etc.).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to translate business and clinical requirements into data-driven solutions.- Perform advanced statistical analysis and derive actionable insights from structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, guiding them in model development, evaluation, and deployment.- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.Required Skills & Qualifications : : 6 - 9 years in data science/analytics with 2+ years specifically in healthcare.Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive modeling.- Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets including EHRs, claims, and patient registries.- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).Domain Knowledge : - Understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and medical terminologies.- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and privacy requirements.Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Leadership experience and ability to mentor a team.Preferred Qualifications : - Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.- Prior experience in hospital analytics, healthcare AI/ML products, or health tech startups.- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.What We Offer :- Competitive salary package- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and data science projects in healthcare.- Collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment.- Career growth and leadership opportunities in a fast-growing organization.
