**Position**: Customer Service Executive - (US Process)

**Criteria**: Min HSC, graduation or Post Graduation in any stream
Good English speaking skills and basic computer knowledge.
**Salary**:
Hsc / Grad Fresher - 290000 ctc - 17,587 take home.
6 months any international voice BPO work experience - 450000ctc - 29,800k take home.
6 months any international voice BPO work experience ( Target based Voice process) - 500000ctc - 31,967k take home.
6 months any BPO live Chat process work experience - 400000 ctc - 26,100k take home.
**Shifts**: Fixed Night shifts
- To provide client support and issue resolution via Phone, Chat/ E-Mail and other electronic media.
- Maintaining and analyzing database
- To write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Interpret data from various formats.
- Ability to calculate and use the data for further procedures
- Maintaining database in an organized manner
- Working with and in the team.
Desired Profile:
- All UG/Grad/ PG, Fresher or experienced are eligible
- Quick learning ability and implementation skills
- Confident enough to interact & deal with the clients
- Should be able to work & excel in a dynamic and changing work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹17,587.00 - ₹31,967.00 per month
