We are hiring QC and Application Support Engineers

Work Location**:Coimbatore,** Tamil Nadu.

**Requirements**:
Graduates from the stream of Computer Science and Information Technology.
**Experience: 0 to 8 years**

**Responsibilities**

**Soft Skill**:* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Technical Skill**:* Database: SQL Server, Oracle* Operating System: Windows Server* Others: VMware, Hyper-V

**Responsibilities**:
**Manual Testing**
- Design and execute test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Document test results and defects and collaborate with development teams and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure test environments are set up and maintained accurately.

**Application Support**
- Troubleshoot software issues reported by users, diagnose problems, and escalate when necessary.
- Document user-reported issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Assist in the creation of user guides and documents to help users resolve common problems independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
