Job Role: Female Personal Secretary
Position Overview:
The Female Personal Secretary will support senior management by providing high-level administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail to handle schedules, correspondence, meetings, and various administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
Organize and maintain an accurate schedule, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Prioritize and adjust schedules as needed.
2. Communication Handling
Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism.
3. Document & File Management
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to essential information.
4. Meeting Coordination
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Ensure meetings are productive and well-organized.
5. Task Coordination & Support
Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Support various administrative functions to enable the senior team to focus on strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
This role is suited for a proactive individual who excels in managing details and providing executive-level support with efficiency and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹13,732.13 - ₹57,030.77 per month
