Communicate the problem effectively between the parties involved

A SPOC acts as the primary liaison between different departments, teams, or external stakeholders - whoever is involved in the project or team needs to send all communication to the SPOC

A SPOC coordinates and schedules meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions for the teams they’re in charge of coordinating

SPOC regularly updates stakeholders on project progress, usually reporting to the client’s POC and the internal team’s POC.

Gathering feedback, whether it’s from internal teams or external clients

SPOC might be involved in resource allocation, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools, manpower, and budgets to carry out their tasks.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, is a vital aspect of a SPOC’s role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,817.42 - ₹47,438.65 per month
