Receptionist/administrator

**Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Office Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about the institute and studio.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring schedules are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
- Handle mail and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
**Human Resources**:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and introduction to the team.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurately filed and up-to-date.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing appropriate guidance or directing them to the relevant department.
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for inventory replenishment.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with front office or receptionist duties.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
