**Job description - Admin Executive**

**Primary Responsibilit**y:
An administrative executive provides high-level support to Founder | ED. As an administrative executive, your job duties may include, execution of tasks, scheduling meetings, drafting minutes, arranging travel and accommodations, preparing reports and General office administration.

**Admin Executive Job Responsibilities**:
2. Report directly to Founder | ED and act as a point of contact for all the internal as well as external contacts.

3. Preparing Agenda| Carry out all the tasks allotted by the Founder | ED, follow up actions, and communicate agendas for meeting to concerned people. Coordinate Internal and external communication related to Founder | ED's office. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

4. Give a reminder to the visitor about the meeting to ensure he/she is on time for the meeting.

5. Coordinate with Department HODs and employees for various action points.

6. Maintaining the Personal documents of the Director. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.

8. Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times in respect of these and any other communications which are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities.

9. Provides supplies by identifying needs for office, Stationery, electrical items, Pantry etc; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules. negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)

10. Maintain records of rented property, Prop. Tax renewals, follow-up for rentals etc.

11. To make Insurance, utilities/bills payments before Scheduled |due dates.

12. Maintains Support staff by recruiting and training them; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Monitor the track record of Housekeeping work and their staff. Build proper criteria to execute the process smoothly.

13. Solve day-to-day grievances, complaints and problems in order to foster harmonious relationships at the workplace.

14. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

15. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

16. Any other task assigned by the director from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as administration manager and executive Support
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
