Main Responsibility

**Product Listing and Inventory Management**:

- Creating and optimizing product listings for both Amazon and Flipkart and Shopify, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and adhere to platform guidelines.
- Managing product inventory levels across both platforms to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Monitoring competitor listings and pricing to stay competitive.

**Marketing and Advertising**:

- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on both platforms.
- Managing advertising budgets and campaigns on Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Social media marketing proficiency

**Customer Service**:

- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring customer feedback and using it to improve product listings and overall customer experience.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Managing returns and exchanges.
- Tracking and resolving any fulfillment issues.
- Account reconciliation and reporting

**Additional Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus.

Minimum experience 1 year with Amazon and Flipkart market place and Shopify

Salary will be as per experience and proficiency in handling marketplace business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
