**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database or lead list.
- Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their features and benefits.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a database of prospective customers and update it regularly.
- **Sales Pitch**:

- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convince customers to purchase products or services.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about the offerings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotions.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and guidelines during calls.
- Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and data protection laws.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers can apply, but prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Proficiency in the local language and English /Hindi
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:

- Friendly and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or telecalling tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Other Skills**:

- Patience and resilience to handle rejections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
