**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and office space.
- **Calendar Management**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements.
- **Support**: Provide administrative support to other departments or team members as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office equipment and software.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
