**Responsibilities**:
**Kitchen Hand**:
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating chicken, and assembling sandwiches and wraps.
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and food processors, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed during peak hours, including running food orders to the dining area.
**Cook**:
- Prepare menu items according to recipe specifications, ensuring quality and consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Grill burger patties, cook fried chicken, and assemble sandwiches and wraps with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to minimize waste and maintain freshness of ingredients.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring supply levels.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a kitchen hand or cook role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions from kitchen supervisors.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
