Able to cook Tandoori dishes of high quality in a high-pressure restaurant kitchen environment.
- Maintain a cooking speed, consistency in blending in-house spices, preparing sauces, using the right balance of spices, herbs & ingredients to produce consistent flavour.
- Cooking dishes to order and according to dietary requirements of customers, if required.
- Establish a food budget, cost controls measures, actively participate with management in planning special menus, cost-effective promotional ideas.
- Carry out other supervisory duties as appropriate and as requested by the Head Chef.
- Should have knowledge of food hygiene requirements. To maintain all equipment through due care and diligence as instructed.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
