**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy and Execution:_
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, client needs, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote co-working seats to brokers and their clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations tailored to brokers.
- Negotiate and close deals with brokers, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Work with brokers to arrange site visits and tours for potential clients.
- Present the benefits of our co-working spaces and tailor pitches to meet client needs.
- Follow up with brokers and clients to address any questions and move deals forward.
- Broker Relationship Management:_
- Identify and engage with real estate brokers and agencies to establish partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with brokers to provide updates on available co-working seats and discuss potential deals
- Reporting and Documentation:_
- Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, deal progress, and sales activities.
- Prepare and publish regular reports on sales performance, broker engagement, and market trends, for management review.
- Track deals and manage accurate client information using Google Sheets.

**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in any field.

**Work Experience**:

- 2-4 years of work experience, with a background in broker networking, sales and customer handling.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the co-working, real estate, or commercial property sector.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of the co-working industry and workspace solutions.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct site tours.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
