**Education**
- Possessing MBA-HR from reputed Institution is an added value
- Otherwise Completed any BE or relevant studies

Maximum age: 30 years

**Required qualities**:
Placement officer should possess
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and build reciprocal relations with Software Companies, App Development Companies, Product Design Studios, Startups, Enterprise IT Division, MNCs and other organisations.
- Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to facilitate Company / Institute interaction
- Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.
- Analytical thinking and strong analytical skills help placement officers gather job
- Information from their research, screen students for suitable positions, and offer career development advice.
- Must have working knowledge in Microsoft excel, Google sheets & drive.
- Having more than 500+ connections in LinkedIn

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- To look after day-to-day activities of placement.
- To have liaison with industries, Companies, Startups and Design Firms and other organisations.
- To create database on Alumni and their present position
- To arrange for expert lectures by industry professionals.
- To collect feedback from industries coming for placement
- To develop Management Information System (MIS) on placement of passed out students and to create a database of recruiting industries and organisations.
- Any other duties assigned by the Institute in
- charge relevant to students.
- Manage Events, Seminar, Workshops related to Placements. - Connect with industry to arrange internships & placements for the students. Meet HR of various organisations and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement / Internships.
- Preparing our students by giving proper guidance related to the interviews before they look for job opportunities.
- Ensure maximum placement of students.
- Maintaining track record of batch wise students placements & campus drive with the number of companies.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
