**Role Overview**

**I**nterview Process Coordinator to help convert student enrollments and manage the end-to-end interview process for recent graduates. This role is key to ensuring smooth transitions from training to job placements, with opportunities to earn incentives based on lead follow-up and successful conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Course Conversion**: Engage with prospective students, guide them through course options, and encourage enrollment.

**Interview Process**: Coordinate interviews with hiring companies, schedule sessions, and track outcomes.

**Student Support**:Provide career counseling, interview prep, and feedback to help students succeed.

**Administration**:Maintain student records, track conversion and placement metrics, and report on progress.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing or recruitment roles.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
