**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Placement Officer** in our Placement Team to connect our students with top industry employers. The role involves managing placement activities, building partnerships, and preparing students for job success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with employers for job and internship opportunities.
- organize and manage placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Provide career counseling, resume writing, and interview preparation to students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market needs.
- Collaborate with academic teams to align training with industry standards.
- Track placement data and provide insights for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in placement, recruitment, or career services (preferably in EdTech) or in any Educational institutions or any Engineering Colleges
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
