**Placement Officer**

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and national employers to facilitate job placement opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with academic departments to understand the skills and competencies of our students and tailor job placement strategies accordingly.
- Organize and conduct job fairs, career workshops, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career opportunities to better advise students.
- Act as a liaison between students, employers, and alumni to facilitate internship and job placements.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to integrate career development activities into the curriculum.
- Utilize technology platforms and resources to streamline job placement processes and enhance student engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in career services, recruitment, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, employers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Knowledge of job search strategies, career development theories, and employment trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and activities.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
