**Customer Service Advisor**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Good at customer handling skills
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Provide superior customer support by handling customer queries over the phone
- Provide satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT
- Experience in handling calls from Indian customers / international customers / tele sales / upselling
- Should be flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts (No night shift for female employees)

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi mandatory
- Experience in any of the following categories are preferred - telesales, sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inside sales, presales etc.
- Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers
- Any Graduates or Undergraduates with 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Fast learners with a passion in Customer Service

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
