**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, approval, and payment processing.
- Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Efficiently search for and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in generating financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable.
- ** Perform**regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting. Experience with QB, SAP, or NS is advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software; experience with QB, SAP, or NS is a plus.
- ** Knowledge**: Strong understanding of North American accounting practices and standards.
- ** Skills**: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
