**Job Title**: Accounts & Finance Executive (Part-Time)
**Location**: Remote
**Working Hours**: 3 to 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
**Experience Required**: 2 to 3 Years

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accounts & Finance Executive to support our finance operations in a dynamic IT environment. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounting and finance who can manage core financial tasks with accuracy and independence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Handle all regulatory filings, including but not limited to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain and update the books of accounts, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure finance operations are aligned with organizational goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the IT or services sector.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience working in a startup or remote setup is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
