GDS Ticketing Executive

**Salary**:
₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Air Department with daily operations related to air ticketing.
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings and re-bookings.
- Use GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) to search, book, and issue tickets.
- Process cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes as required.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fare quotes, group bookings, and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences.
- Provide fare comparisons and suggest cost-effective travel solutions to clients.
- Ensure timely issuance and delivery of tickets to clients.
- Assist in preparing reports related to air bookings and departmental activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in air ticketing or a similar support role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of GDS platforms ( Galileo is mandatory), ( Amadeus or Sabre is optional )
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry terminology.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Certification in GDS training will be an added advantage.

**How to Apply**:
