**Job Overview**: We are looking for enthusiastic Tele sales officer to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Job Requirements**:

- Empanel new travel agents through making outbound calls.
- Resolve travel agent’s queries.
- Achieving daily or weekly call targets.
- Achieving daily or weekly sales targets.
- Inquiring with the customer and learning about their needs.
- Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts and do proper follow-ups.
- Enhance your knowledge on travel industry with regular research for better output.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of basic computer programs like MSOffice.
- Great interpersonal and strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.

**Job Types** - Full Time, Permanent

**Timing** - Morning / Day Shift

**Experience** - 1 to 5 years’ experience in Outbound Sales Process.
