Calculate and prepare cost estimates for products and projects, including materials, labor, and timelines, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Prepare detailed bids and quotations for potential projects, working closely with the sales team to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and other documentation to determine costs and resource needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing information, ensuring the most cost-effective solutions are offered.
- Identify and evaluate potential project risks, ensuring estimates account for variables such as material availability, labor costs, and potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and contracts. Provide detailed reports and support documentation to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to clarify project scope, answer inquiries, and provide additional information as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in cost estimation or a similar role in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with estimation software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD).

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
