**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in gathering and organizing information from various sources, including drawings, specifications, and site visits.
- Collect and input data related to labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Support the Estimator in preparing detailed cost estimates for façade projects.
- Assist in the analysis of material, labor, and equipment costs to determine project feasibility
- Help in preparing preliminary budgets and cost plans.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents, including proposals, schedules, and cost breakdowns.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, bids, and related documents.
- Help obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.
- Assist in evaluating quotes and ensuring they align with project requirements.
- Support the Estimator in negotiating terms with suppliers and subcontractors
- Provide support during the project handover process, ensuring that the project team has all necessary cost information
- Assist in monitoring project costs during execution and updating estimates as required.
- Help in preparing cost reports and providing analysis of any cost variances.
- Work closely with the Estimator and other departments, such as purchasing and project management, to ensure accurate and timely cost information
- Assist in coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the review and analysis of completed projects to improve the accuracy of future estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, cost fluctuations, and best practices in estimating

**Education**:

- A diploma, degree, Graduation

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 yr. experience and Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs, particularly in the façade industry, is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and preparing estimates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with estimation software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
